This role demands a strategic leader who excels in managing high-pressure situations, coordinating diverse teams, and delivering exceptional results while adhering to stringent deadlines and budgets.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight Lead and manage all aspects of mission-critical construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.Team Coordination Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Foster a cooperative and efficient work environment.Budget and Scheduling Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.Risk Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and prevent delays.Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Compliance Ensure all work complies with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.QualificationsExperience Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on mission-critical projects such as data centers, healthcare facilities, or other high-demand environments.Education Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.Skills Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Certifications PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.
