This is marketing of industrial manufacturing products.*We are seeking a Director of Marketing to own and define our strategy for marketing and customer programs to increase sales and retain customers within the Industrial Manufacturing Industry. This position is a key role in our organization, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer retention. The successful candidate will be an expert in B2B Product Marketing within Industrial Manufacturing, lead generation, market research, go-to-market strategies, and marketing programs.Responsibilities:1. Lead our marketing and customer services team to support the execution and management of projects and initiatives, provide direction and develop team members.2. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and understand customer needs.3. Own and define our strategy for marketing and customer programs to increase sales and retain customers4. Develop and manage our go-to-market strategy, ensuring that our products and services are successfully introduced and marketed to our target audience.5. Oversee the creation and execution of effective marketing programs that drive customer engagement and business growth.6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure a consistent brand message.7. Strategic marketing aspects - defining customer personas, identifying their needs, finding those customers. Defined by products and segment.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.2. B2B marketing of industrial products is a must3. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, within the industrial manufacturing industry.4. Proven experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, market research, go-to-market strategy, and customer retention.5. Strong understanding of marketing strategy and ability to develop effective marketing programs.6. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence different stakeholders within the organization7. Must be willing to travel to South West at least 25% per month.Interested in hearing more?
