You act as an initial point of contact for potential customers inquiring about services. You promote the company and sell service contracts to new customers and arranges for service calls with technicians in the field. You are responsible for billing and collections and follow up with customers to set up regular maintenance appointments. It is a great role for someone who is naturally dynamic, driven, hyper-organized, detail-oriented, and interested in doing administrative and people-centered work with an environment of support, opportunity, and growth.The role works with our residential and corporate clients including our high-profile clients. You will be coordinating and scheduling maintenance and at times repair activities, dispatching technicians, as well as writing proposals, and expediting the purchasing process.Responsibilities• Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems across various construction projects.• Liaise with customers, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth operation of all HVAC systems.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including any issues or repairs.• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and answering any queries regarding their HVAC systems.• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.• Provide professional and timely customer service, resolving any issues or complaints in a satisfactory manner.Qualifications• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the HVAC industry.• Proven experience in HVAC industry.• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.• Professional and organized, with excellent attention to detail.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.If you have the necessary skills and experience, and are passionate about providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you!Interested in hearing more?
