With over 150 attorneys, we are able to offer our clients a full range of services.Why join us?• Broad practice• Great reputation• Competitive payJob DetailsKey Responsibilities• Provide legal advice and services to corporate clients on a wide range of business immigration matters, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, and EB-5 visa applications.• Prepare and file petitions and applications with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and other relevant government agencies.• Advise clients on immigration compliance and related legal issues.• Conduct legal research and stay current with changes in immigration laws and regulations.• Represent clients in immigration hearings and appeals, if necessary.• Work closely with clients to develop and implement immigration strategies that align with their business objectives.• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm to ensure a comprehensive approach to client service.• Maintain accurate and organized case files, documentation, and client records.Qualifications• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.• Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.• A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing business immigration law.• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.• Ability to manage multiple cases and projects with strong attention to detail.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, government officials, and colleagues.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications• Experience working with corporate clients on complex immigration matters.• Familiarity with PERM labor certification process.• Proficiency in a second language is a plus.Interested in hearing more?
