Preferred Applicants with Bar Admission in the District of Columbia, Maryland and/or Virginia or eligibility for prompt admission.DUTIES• Assisting in drafting, and negotiating purchase agreements, financing agreements, and other transaction documents, and assisting in due diligence and closings.• Support a deal team in complex mergers, business restructurings, asset purchase and sale transactions, equity purchase and sale transactions, financing rounds from individual investors as well as private equity and venture capital firms, and executive compensation and synthetic equity offerings.If you are interested in a fast-paced and fulfilling opportunity, please apply Today.
