If you have a passion for healthcare and a drive to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesAs a Permanent Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to• Overseeing the daily operations of our allergy and asthma clinics, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance patient care and service delivery.• Working collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.• Managing and coordinating the work of our healthcare professionals, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to deliver high-quality care.• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.• Managing the budget and financial operations of the clinics, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.• Leading and managing change within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.QualificationsTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry, preferably in allergy and asthma care.• A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
