We advise clients ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to start-ups and ranked both globally and nationally.Why join us?• Origination fees• Low billable requirement (1350 hours)• Partner-level opportunities• Remote work• Medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance• 401(k)• Paid maternity / paternity leaveJob DetailsResponsibilities• Advise clients on data security and privacy compliance.• Draft privacy and data security-related policies and agreements.• Draft and negotiate privacy (including DPAs), advertising, online advertising and/or technology contracts.Qualifications• 8+ years as an attorney practicing in Technology and/or Privacy & Data Security law.• Admitted to practice in California, Illinois, Texas, and/or Washington D.C.• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.• Ability to travel for internal and client meetings as expected.• Deep understanding of numerous data security and data privacy laws and regulations preferred.Interested in hearing more?
