We utilize public/private partnerships to ensure that our clients are connected to all community resources available to them.We are growing the team and looking for an Payroll Specialist to join our team!Why join us?• Strong reputation in the community.• Great leadership and company culture.• Excellent opportunity to join a growing organization.• Comprehensive benefits & compensation package.Job DetailsResponsibilities• Accurately process payroll for 400+ employees on a semi-monthly basis.• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.• Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and other compensations.• Utilize UKG or Paycom payroll systems for processing payroll.• Maintain and update employee payroll records in the payroll system.• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues as they arise.• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.• Prepare and file required payroll reports and tax filings.• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audits.• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.• Provide support and training to employees on payroll-related matters.Qualifications• Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably with UKG or Paycom payroll systems.• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Interested in hearing more?
