The company moved to its present location in 1998 where the facilities have been continually expanded and improved for its increasing operations.Why join us?We have a culture of trust, teamwork, performance, and commitment that drives our success.We pride ourselves in offering above industry average salaries based on talent and experience.We believe good work should be rewarded and provide 401k matching and profit sharing.We provide a wide variety of insurance options to meet you and your family’s needs.Job DetailsQualifications• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines• Must have good developmental and team building skills• Ability to plan and strategize effectively on projects• Ability to make decisions in a timely manner• Committed to providing customer service at all hours• Ability to travel• Experience managing projects remote with limited site visitsResponsibilities• Lead the project team and has overall accountability for completing assigned construction projects successfully• Supervise and mentor members of the project management team• Maintain customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and quality control• Manage project related correspondence and documents• Manage activities associated with materials, budget, and production for projects• Attend bi-weekly team meetings, schedule and plan resources to meet project schedules• Be the liaison with the client and field construction team• Identify scope changes, address issues, and communicate project milestones• Manage project financials and budget to meet or beat estimated GP• Facilitate the change order process on client projects• Manage all aspects of multiple projects and ensure budget targets are met while maintaining quality standards• Must receive and provide clear, constructive feedback regarding work performance and be able to provide clarification as necessaryBenefits• Competitive compensation• Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance• 401k plan with a company match• Paid vacation, holidays and personal days• Career advancement with a growing company• Company sponsored apprenticeship opportunities• Comprehensive Safety Incentive ProgramInterested in hearing more?
