Your duties will include• Managing projects with budgets ranging from $1-5M.• Utilizing Timberline and P6 software for project management tasks.• Ensuring effective communication across all levels of the project team.• Maintaining advanced organization skills to ensure project timelines are met.• Using Procore Project Management Software for project tracking and reporting.• Overseeing all aspects of construction project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and safety management.• Leading teams, making critical decisions, and effectively managing time to ensure project success.• Ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are adhered to, promoting a safe work environment.QualificationsTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following qualifications• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.• Proven experience managing construction projects with budgets ranging from $1-5M.• Proficiency in Timberline and P6 software.• Excellent oral and written communication skills.• Advanced organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Experience with Procore Project Management Software.• Demonstrated skills in project management, construction management, budgeting, scheduling, team leadership, decision making, time management, and safety management.• A strong commitment to safety and a proven track record of promoting safety in the workplace.If you are a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for the construction industry and a proven track record of successfully managing projects, we would love to hear from you.
