Come in as often as you'd like!• 22 days of PTO○ Utilized per hour - if you've worked 40 hours that week already, no need to use PTO!• Half day Fridays June through September• 36 hour work week June-July• 8 paid holidays• 24 hours of paid volunteer time• Annual bonuses• 401k w/ match• Monthly tech reimbursement• Robust internal support teams so you can focus on being an accountant• Competitive health, dental, vision, disability, & life insurance plans• Friendly, open, down-to-earth PartnersJob DetailsResponsibilities• Prepare and analyze financial data for city management, state, and county regulators, and auditors.• Generate and assess monthly and quarterly reports.• Lead and collaborate on the annual budget planning process.• Manage financial data, records, and reports in line with guidelines, procedures, and regulations.• Oversee year-end audit preparation and financial statement development.• Drive long-term planning initiatives.• Refine and enhance reporting processes.• Engage and communicate with all levels of client leadership.• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations.• Provide financial analysis for special projects and initiatives.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or an equivalent field• Proficiency in governmental accounting or audit processes.• 3+ years of accounting experienceInterested in hearing more?
