Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize cost control.Internal Controls Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information and safeguard company assets.Audit Coordination Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings as required.Financial Analysis Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights on performance metrics, financial trends, and variances to support management decision-making.Process Improvement Identify areas for process improvements within the accounting function and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and accounting standards. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.Team Leadership Mentor and support junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and professional development.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role within a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost accounting.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Interested in hearing more?
