We use our long-term flexible capital, data-enabled capabilities, and collaborative culture to develop and offer solutions to companies across all stages of growth.Why join us?Established organization with continued growth potentialCompetitive Compensation And Benefits PackageHybrid work scheduleInternal advancement potentialJob DetailsCore ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting responsibilities within the monthly, quarterly, annual closing cyclesAssist in oversight of the Funds’ AdministratorManage investor reporting and requests including capital calls, distributions, and reportingAssist with quarterly valuation processAssist fundraising team in preparing fund marketing documentsLiaison with investment professionals on structuring, cash movements and investment performanceAssist with complex waterfall and management fee calculationsManage the fund audit process and research questions from auditorsAssist with various compliance reports (e.g., credit facility, limited partnership agreement, )Assist with fund expense reporting and analysisManage and perform special projects and analysis for firm leadershipIdentify and help solve for critical accounting and reporting issuesWhat We Value4+ years accounting experience in a combination of public accounting (either audit or tax), fund admin, or another private equity or investment management firmExperience with alternative investments, private equity and partnership accounting, fund administration, and Advent Geneva are a plusStrong accounting and excel skills; professional certification (CPA or equivalent) strongly preferredStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong understanding and application of accounting rules and industry accounting practicesDetail-oriented, responsible and proactiveDeadline-oriented to meet time-sensitive regulatory and contractual requirementsAdept at problem solvingCandidate must be self-motivated and willing to work in a team environmentCandidate must have attention to detail and be focused on multiple demands and deliverablesInterested in hearing more?
