Their main geographic markets are Milwaukee & Madison.Why join us?• Base salary up to $160,000 based upon experience• Both company and personal bonuses• 401K with company match• Full benefits (Health, Vision, Dental)• Life Insurance• Long and Short term disability• Paternity and Maternity leave• PTO up to 3+ weeks starting• Paid holidays• Paid sick leave• Choice of company vehicle or car allowance• Company tech (iPhone, iPad and laptop)Job DetailsQualificationsThe ideal candidate for the role of Senior Project Manager will have the following qualifications• A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and retail projects.• Proven experience in managing construction projects from the ground-up.• A strong understanding of the construction industry, including in-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and lead a team to success.• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.• Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and resolving potential issues before they become problems.• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.If you are a driven professional with a passion for construction and project management, we would love to hear from you.
