This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or packaging industries. You will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the recruitment team and oversee the entire recruitment process• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies• Manage budgets and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations• Collaborate with leadership to optimize the ATS and identify additional toolsRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or packaging industries• Proven ability to lead and manage a team• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and hiringEstimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
