This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of innovative and challenging projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with a focus on civil structures, and be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. This position requires at least 3 years of experience in the field of structural engineering.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Structural Engineer, you will• Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for various types of buildings and structures using various building materials including steel, concrete, wood, and masonry.• Use advanced software and technology, including Revit and AutoCAD, to create detailed structural designs and plans.• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and architects to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive design approach.• Perform structural calculations and prepare detailed reports.• Review and approve structural designs created by other engineers in the team.• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with design specifications and resolve any on-site issues.• Participate in project meetings and present designs to clients and stakeholders.• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, and regulations related to structural engineering.QualificationsThe successful candidate must possess the following qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. A Master’s degree is a plus.• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building and civil structures. P.E. or S.E. required• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.• Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.• Strong knowledge of industry standards and building codes.• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work independently when required.• Proven track record of successful project completion and client satisfaction.• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.Join us and be part of a team that values technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
