Easy Apply now by clicking the "Easy Apply" button and sending us your resume.Salary $100,000 - $150,000 per yearA Bit About UsOur client is a well-established and respected leader in the commercial door and window industry and for over 60 years now, they have been growing their client base and expanding their range of services to include glass & glazing, overhead door solutions, prefab door units and door & hardware solutions.This is a family owned and operated company that does a tremendous job of keeping their employees happy so if you are looking for a long-term stable home with a fun down to earth team along with a competitive compensation package and growth potential, please read on…Why join us?Competitive CompensationGenerous benefits packageStability and growth potentialJob DetailsCurrently they are looking to add a Senior Superintendent in the Nashville area 5+ years of experience of commercial door & window experience including envelope curtain wall, aluminum storefront, and exterior glazing.Responsibilities• Ability to run large commercial construction jobs• Accountable for assuring that assigned jobs adhere to the standards for safety (our number one priority), customer and team relationships, quality, schedule, and production• Responsible for personnel development by managing field foremen• Involved in the recruitment, selection, placement and evaluation process of all assigned individuals, both employees and subcontractors• Focus of the Superintendent will be to assure that a job is completed on-time, and on-budget• Develop good customer relationships to assure that they are the partner that helps drive the job with the General Contractor/customer or client• Assure that all jobs’ employees meet SPS's standards for safety• Partner with the Safety Team to assure that all employees are working safely and adhering to SPS and the customers safety rules• Ensure that all employees and team adhere to State, Federal, Local and PWI regulations• Assuring that the assigned team members time sheets are accurate, determining appropriate pay levels, assessing skills and rewarding/disciplining in relation to their performance• Responsible for teaching foremen recruiting, interviewing, assessing and hiring staff to work on the jobs under the supervision of foremenRequirements• 5+ years of experience of commercial door & window experience including envelope curtain wall, aluminum storefront, and exterior glazing.• Proven ability to lead people and develop strong customer relationships• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus• Computer & technology savvyInterested in hearing more?
