In this role, you will travel to job sites to manage and inspect various construction projects from start to finish.Primary ResponsibilitiesTravel nationwide to different construction job sites as needed (50-75% travel)Oversee all onsite operations including scheduling, quality control, safety, and subcontractor managementInspect project workmanship and materials to ensure adherence to blueprints, specs, and safety standardsReview and approve completed work at various stages and sign off on progress paymentsEnforce project schedules and budgets, analyze delays, and recommend solutionsCoordinate with various contractors, clients, architects, and inspectorsCreate daily construction logs, generate progress reports, and document issuesEnsure compliance with all building codes, permits, and environmental regulationsRequirements5+ years experience as a superintendent in commercial constructionDeep understanding of construction standards, methods, materials, and equipmentAbility to read architectural, structural, and mechanical plansStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesFamiliarity with construction software programsWillingness to relocate and travel for extended periods of timeOSHA 30 certificationHigh school diploma; bachelor's degree preferredThe ideal candidate will be an independent, solutions-oriented professional able to manage complex, fast-paced projects across the United States.
