Ensure the precision and punctuality of all documents submitted to regulatory authorities.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key regulatory agencies and stakeholders. Serve as the main point of contact for complex regulatory discussions and negotiations, aligning with both organizational goals and regulatory requirements.Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive compliance strategies. Continuously monitor and interpret evolving State and Federal regulations, ensuring all organizational practices remain in full compliance with current legal and regulatory standards.Handle responses to inquiries, complaints, and certified correspondence from State and Federal agencies. Proactively identify and resolve regulatory issues and compliance challenges, providing strategic solutions and recommendations.Facilitate the clear communication of complex State and Federal regulations to Operations, Land, and Development teams, ensuring understanding and compliance.Offer expert advice and training on regulatory matters, ensuring seamless integration of compliance requirements into daily operations.Oversee and optimize the coordination of well data collection across various departments.Implement best practices for data management and reporting to improve efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.Lead the development and enhancement of internal regulatory policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational objectives.Conduct regular compliance audits and prepare detailed reports on regulatory compliance status and risks for senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations.Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, and certified correspondence from State and Federal agencies.Qualifications:• 5+ years of Regulatory experience• Bachelors degree• Oil and Gas experience requiredInterested in hearing more?
