You'll be the linchpin between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of advertising solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Campaign Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of advertising campaigns, including sending out daily Revenue to Goal reports and tracking sales rep performance metrics such as actives, revenue, and revenue goal achievement.• Digital Advertising Proficiency: Possess a basic understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google, Meta (formerly Facebook), and Programmatic campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.• Marketing and Branding Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising campaigns with overall branding and marketing strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign effectiveness.• Customer Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the campaign lifecycle.• Revenue Analysis: Investigate invoice questions and discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial transactions related to advertising initiatives.• Data Management: Pull advertising information on request, such as historical data on client advertising spend, former contract levels, and tactics used, to support sales efforts and client meetings effectively.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.• 2+ years of experience in advertising sales coordination or a similar role.• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Interested in hearing more?
