Our team is committed to building lasting relationships with our clients and our community, as well as being fast and reliable in everything we do.Why join us?401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceJob DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesComplex Financial Filings Prepare and review complex financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory filings for various business entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Regulatory Compliance Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring all financial practices adhere to legal standards.Financial Analysis and Reporting Perform detailed financial analyses and generate comprehensive reports to support business decisions and strategic planning.Audit Coordination Manage internal and external audit processes, including preparation, documentation, and resolution of audit findings.Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency in accounting operations.Business Integration Oversee financial operations across multiple businesses, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting and compliance.Risk Management Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential impacts on the organization.QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent advanced coursework is preferred.Certification Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.Experience A minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on complex financial filings and multi-business management.SkillsIn-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax regulations.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial informationInterested in hearing more?
