They offer a hybrid flexible schedule, generous PTO, and lucrative stock units once you reach the manager level!Why join us?• 55 hours/week during busy season• 5+ weeks of PTO• Hybrid schedule (2x per week in office)• Company stock units once you reach Manager level!• Multiple affordable medical, dental, & vision insurance plans• HSA & FSA• 401k w/ 6% employer match• And much more!Job DetailsResponsibilities• Prepare federal and state tax returns, extensions, and quarterly projections for diverse clients (C-Corp, S-Corp, & Partnership; knowledge of individual taxation is a plus)• Review the tax work of staff and interns, providing feedback, training, and mentorship• Review tax information and liaise with clients and staff, building strong relationships• Assist with planning, tax work, and the delivery of final work products• Conduct tax research and resolve issues• Identify and communicate tax matters to Managers and PartnersQualifications• Bachelor’s degree required• 3+ years of experience, preferably in a mid-size public accounting firm• Experience working with clients in the entertainment industryInterested in hearing more?
