You’ll work closely with clients and the team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tax returns, research tax law issues, and provide expert advice on estate and trust tax matters. Additionally, you’ll help develop team members and drive high-quality service delivery. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge and a passion for leadership in the tax field.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review fiduciary income, gift, and estate tax returnsOversee estate and trust fiduciary accounting and reportingCollaborate with fiduciaries, attorneys, and relevant professionals on tax mattersAdvise clients on estate planning and coordinate the development of comprehensive plansLead and mentor team members, providing guidance on technical tax issuesManage administrative aspects of trust and estate matters, ensuring compliance and deadlines are metQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Law, or related fieldCPA, EA, or attorney license requiredMinimum of 10 years of experience in tax or related professional servicesStrong leadership and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency with CCH or similar tax applications and Microsoft Suite preferredInterested in hearing more?
