We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Territory Manager. This critical role is responsible for managing and growing sales within Tennessee, driving business growth and success for our test offering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in laboratory sales, account management, and territory management. This role is perfect for a results-driven individual with exceptional lead generation and outside sales skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why join us?We Offer• Quarterly bonuses tied to incentives!• Very competitive commission structure with OTE between 250k-300k+• $700 monthly vehicle allowance and gas reimbursements• 3 weeks paid PTO to go along with 14 paid holidays!!• Hybrid work environment with the ability to work from home when not traveling to clients• 100% paid benefits• Quick and Efficient interview processJob DetailsResponsibilities• Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.• Act as a provider and patient advocate, working closely with our Client Services team to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.• Use your 'hunter' mindset to prospect for potential clients, using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management.• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, competitive product knowledge, and understanding of market dynamics and trends.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree preferred.• 3+ years of experience in laboratory sales and account management.• Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.• Previous experience in territory management, lead generation, and outside sales.• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.• Demonstrable experience as a 'hunter', with a track record of identifying and converting prospects into clients.• Strong business sense and industry expertise.• Ability to travel as needed within the state of Tennessee.• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.• Excellent time and project management skills.
