Our UI/UX Designer will be a key player in designing a top-class user interface within Jax, further equipping our Jobot Family to do what they do best – put good people in good jobs!3 Things that are Needed for this Job• 3+ years of UI/UX experience• Experience with design tools like react, and familiarity with front-end development• Bachelors in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or similar preferred3 Things You will be Doing in this Job• Partner with internal stakeholders to gain an understanding of user needs• Design the front end of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)• Collaborate with Team SHIELD (our top-class software engineering team) to make impactful launches of new features and upgrades to our ATS3 Things that You are GREAT at about this Job• Have an eye for design and creating a remarkable UI• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively• Problem solver and forward thinker – excited to help us revolutionize what an ATS is capable ofMore about our operations teamWe are the Guardians of the Bots!
