This position is an in-person/hybrid role, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning, and relationship building. Join our team, where your talents are valued, your voice is heard, and your success is our priority.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives, such as weekly activity goal and required appointmentsPerform appropriate prospecting and screening activities to identify qualified clients for new business developmentUse consultative sales strategies to effectively overcome client objections and maximize sales activity within assigned territoryEstablish and maintain good public relations and networking within the community to develop new businessCollaborate with appropriate internal resources to develop comprehensive sales presentation materialsMake formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business accountsInterface with appropriate field management to establish pricing for quotes and bids that are consistent with the company's financial objectivesDocument all sales activity in database (Salesforce.com)Maintain awareness of the competition (market share, pricing, services, etc.)QualificationsBA/BS degree (Business Administration, Marketing, etc.) preferred but not required.1-3 years of B2B sales experience (staffing industry is preferred)Effective rapport building and relationship management skillsSalesforce.com experience is a plusBasic strategic selling and presentation skillsProficient negotiation skillsProficient computer skills with MS Office products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook)At CoWorx, we are committed to our employees and will support you on the road to professional success.
