This role involves coordinating field operations, managing project timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing inventory and material orders.Responsibilities: - Coordinate field staff schedules to ensure project completion within stipulated timelines - Review and prepare proposals for new projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction - Oversee inventory management and order necessary materials for projects in a timely manner - Conduct regular reviews of field employees' reports, logs, account data, photos, and routes to ensure accuracy and efficiency - Communicate effectively with installers, customers, and the public to facilitate smooth project execution - Maintain regular communication with field employees, providing instruction or resolution of issues as needed - Inspect daily work from previous days and review daily meter tickets to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications - Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the service department by offering suggestions and direction as an active member of the team - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and oversee adherence to company policies.Requirements - Proven experience in the Industrial sector - Proficiency in 'About Time' software for effective project management - Demonstrable understanding and experience in budget processes - Familiarity with construction industry norms and practices - Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to create and manage deliverables within specified timelines - Proficiency in scheduling project timelines to ensure timely completion of projects - Experience in preparing comprehensive project proposals - Familiarity with Time Cards and their effective management for project tracking - Expertise in order management to ensure smooth project executionRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
