Almost 70 percent of the credit union industry relies on us.What you will be doing?Serve as the primary contact and client liaison during delivery of an outsourced solution, whether it is an IT solution or a business process outsourced solution and regardless of the client’s geographic location.Work to maintain and grow the client relationship while ensuring ongoing client service.Identify new business opportunities and coordinates with appropriate sales personnel for opportunities of new FIS products or services.Coordinate with the delivery organizations to ensure the delivery of continuous and effective services.Manage operational aspects of projects and responsible for oversight of vendors and subcontractors, as appropriate.Identify areas where continuous improvement can be applied, oversee the implementation of the change and measures the level of improvement.Other related duties assigned as needed.​What you will need:1-3 years of recent experience as a Client Services Manager with financial institutions, including credit unions1-3 years of recent experience supporting products such as:Wealth Management, Retirement, Decision Solutions or Bill PayAble to work a flexible schedule on occasionAbility to listen and escalate concerns of clients with regard to current products/servicesExcellent knowledge of the field with strong leadership skills.Ability to analyze situations or data to understand the client’s businessAbility to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations without damaging the relationship.Ability to travel 5-10% of the timeAdded bonus if you have:In depth knowledge of credit unionsBanking knowledge very helpfulWhat we offer you:A career at FIS is more than just a job.
