Position: Community Living Support Professional 2 - Part Time
Location: Bloomfield, CT
Rate of Pay: $18.75 per hour
Schedule: 30 Hours per week; Monday-Friday 8:30am-2:30pm or 9:30am-3:30pm
Summary:
- The Community Living Support Professional 2 assists individuals with disabilities in daily living skills to achieve greater independence and self-fulfillment. The Community Living Support Professional 2 implements the organization’s mission and values by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives. Individuals with direct care, residential care, day program, and human services experience strongly encouraged to apply!
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with working with adults with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses.
- Must have flexibility to meet the needs of the individuals
- Must be willing to transport individuals in your own vehicle. (Mileage reimbursement offered)
- Ability to use technology.
- Ability to work with a team, to provide the best support for the members in the home.
- High School/GED
- Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicle
