Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Executive Programs-Boca Raton, FL
The FAU College of Business is one of the largest AACSB-accredited colleges of business in the United States with more than 8,000 students. Summary of Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, events, social media, and content marketing.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and publish engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, newsletters, social media, and additional platforms.
- Assist in managing social channels, scheduling and engagement.
- Design marketing materials and graphics for ad hoc requests from stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews with students, alumni, faculty, and staff to generate engaging content.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Act as a point of contact between the marketing team and other departments, facilitating information gathering and project coordination.
- Assist in managing social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Provide support for various marketing projects and initiatives as needed.
- Co-manage department alumni networking platform.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required (can include: public relations, marketing, customer service, writing, social media in a professional setting, report writing, scientific writing).
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools
Marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Project Management:Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creativity:Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Attention to Detail:High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks
Analytical Skills:Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance
Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g. CRM software and CMS tools)
Graphic Design:Basic skills in graphic design and tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Social media:In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and trends
Content Creation:Ability to create compelling and engaging content across various platforms
SEO/SEM:Proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 per year
