  • Drive forward Virgin Red and Virgin Atlantic's symbiotic relationship to deliver joint loyalty partnership ambitions  
  • Lead the strategy of your partner portfolio, driving key performance indicators including revenue, redemption costs, and member satisfaction. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the Virgin group, leveraging the ecosystem to share best practices and explore collaborative opportunities across other Virgin companies, and within the Virgin ecosystem 
  • Become the go-to expert on industry trends and Virgin companies' strategic plans for the next 3-5 years, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. 
  • Manage partner contracts with precision, ensuring legal and commercial compliance while delivering an effective member experience and proposition. 
  • Work collaboratively across teams, leading and delivering internal and external partnerships which drive member engagement in both collecting and redeeming the loyalty currency, along with embedding Virgin Red’s customer-centric product suite, constantly seeking ways to innovate and improve. 
  • Utilise market intelligence and member insights to identify new opportunities, developing compelling business cases for concepts that can evolve into attractive member propositions. 

What you’ll need 

  • Bring a wealth of experience in partner development or account management, with a recent focus on the travel, airline, loyalty, and reward program sectors. 
  • Show your prowess as a relationship manager, taking full ownership of partner performance and crafting effective development plans. 
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment where your contributions shine, and your ability to collaborate and inspire others sets you apart. 
  • Lead, motivate and coach  your  team, to seek their best performance, always striving for rewarding relationships 
  • Demonstrate your strategic thinking by developing long-term commercial strategies while nimbly delivering short-term revenue targets. 
  • Embody a can-do attitude with exceptional organization skills, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset that drives innovative solutions. 
  • Be the fearless problem-solver who sees opportunities where others see challenges, ready to make tough decisions and advocate for your partners.
