Join our dynamic team as a mid-level copywriter, where you'll play a crucial role in crafting impactful marketing campaigns. Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and marketing partners to deliver engaging copy across various platforms, including social media, CRM, onsite content, performance media, and more. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop targeted copy that aligns with marketing strategies and achieves project goals.
• Collaborate closely with Channel Owners (CRM, Onsite, Performance Media, Social Media, Brand Media) to create effective, creative solutions.
• Partner with an Art Director to produce high-quality, conceptual work for marketing campaigns.
• Understand the motivations and behaviors of target audiences to enhance the relevance of your copy.
• Manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining positive relationships within the organization.

Job Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in copywriting, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality work.
• Experience with testing, conversion-focused creative writing, and direct-response marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Figma, Workfront, and Dropbox is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Pay Range:
$50-54/hr
