About the role..
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Consultant ready to step into the sales and media industry. Whether this is your first sales role or you’re transitioning from another field, you’ll report to the Regional Sales Manager and play a key part in selling Out of Home Advertising space to small and medium-sized businesses. This role is perfect for someone ready to learn, grow, and make a mark in the media landscape!
You’ll join a supportive sales team, gaining the skills and insights needed to work with a range of clients from public and private sectors. This role focuses on building relationships and gaining valuable experience in account management, client development, and new business acquisition.
What the role entails…
- Collaborating with the team to spot and nurture new business opportunities.
- Conducting research and reaching out to potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting Clear Channel’s offerings effectively.
- Gathering insights into local markets to understand trends and opportunities, ensuring we’re well-positioned in the industry.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, assisting in their ongoing advertising needs.
- Planning your day-to-day activities to optimize sales opportunities and manage your time effectively.
- Establishing yourself as a knowledgeable advisor in OOH advertising, growing your reputation as the go-to person for advertising solutions.
- Working closely with internal sales support to ensure smooth processes and the highest service quality for clients.

- Previous experience is not essential, but a strong interest in media and a desire to learn the sales process is key.
- You’re personable, driven, and eager to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- A genuine interest in understanding clients and discovering how Clear Channel’s solutions can benefit them.
- You adopt a structured way of working and are always looking to improve your skills.
- You’re resilient and proactive in overcoming challenges.
- Able to work effectively both on your own and as part of a supportive team environment.
