Salary: £48-58K DOE
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9 – 5.30 (37.5 hours a week)
As the Senior Account Manager, you'll rapidly immerse yourself in understanding every facet of your client's business, gaining an understanding of the services and performance levels they expect from us. Using this insight, coupled with your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen, you will build and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full accountability of client delivery, including financial and budget responsibility, reconciliation and more.
- Leverage data to transform complex information into compelling narratives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand each client's unique needs and tailor solutions to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Influence key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Compile commercial proposals and monitor and control budgets to meet sales and net revenue targets.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills – comfortable and adept at managing multiple stakeholders and relationships.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to adopt a creative or innovative approach when needed.
- Previous experience working as an established Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or similar role at a high level.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Proven track record of consistently over-delivering against targets with demonstrated tenacity
- Commercial acumen, including experience managing a budget, P&L, forcast and costings.
