As a Generalist Programmer, you support wherever needed and can adapt to any programming challenge thrown your way. You'll contribute a little bit of everything, helping us develop tooling for the production team on the upcoming Rainbow Six Mobile, an ambitious AAA mobile game developed in partnership with teams across the world.
Responsibilities
Build and enhance systems to support the technology and tech consistent with the design of the Rainbow Six brand.
Promptly address any issues and bugs to minimize disruptions, maintaining a smooth game development workflow.
Support production teams by ensuring stability and proper functioning of systems and tools.
Ensure seamless integration of systems with our game engine, editor, or middleware while maximizing their efficiency.
Propose new technologies to improve game production pipelines.
Use reverse engineering to get tools and technologies realigned with the game’s direction.
Program in a clear, structured manner while respecting performance, maintenance, modularity, extensibility, and compatibility requirements.
Monitor performance and memory budgets, adjusting as needed.

Aside the above, we are looking for someone aligned with our studio’s core values who has the following skills and experience:
5+ years of software programming experience
Strong proficiency in C#
Experience with Unity or other game engines
Experience in tool design and implementation
The following would be a bonus:
Familiarity with WPF
Knowledge of networking protocols
Knowledge of version control systems such as Perforce or Git
Game development experience - hobby or professional
Strong understanding of software development processes
