The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.Your ResponsibilitiesAs an Enterprise Assessment Lead for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL , you will lead the assessment strategy at the company from hiring to developing. In addition, you will:• Understands the purpose of various assessment types and when, where, how they should be used• Has oversight to all assessment and assessment vendors being used in the organization to help eliminate redundancy and be able to consult with the business about what options we currently have• Conducts analysis to understand the value the assessments are adding to processes• Understand the different types of validates and their associated analysis• Helps to project manage different assessment processes and implementations• Maintain or update assessment databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.• An understanding of how, when, and where assessments should be usedVISA sponsorship is NOT available for this position.What Skills You Need• Conduct validity and other compliance related analysis• Prepare analytical reports• Prepare decks using Microsoft PowerPoint• Experience with data visualization• Project management skills• Strong communication and collaboration skillsWhat Makes You Stand Out• Previous experience in the assessment space and/or a Masters in Industrial Organization or Data and Analytics• Ability to influence without authority, adapt with ease, and overcome adversity• Excellent communicator, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment. • Experience with statistical software such as Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS)EducationIdeally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:• Bachelor’s degree in a HR discipline, businessorequivalentWhat You'll GetAt John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
