Job Description:
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing call to appropriate area, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional duties.
Education:
High School Graduate or Equivalent Preferred
Experience:
Clerical - Receptionist/Information Clerk Preferred Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
A high degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands and the ability to complete tasks under strict time lines is required.
Demonstrates courtesy, professionalism, and willingness to help when interacting with individuals in person and on the phone.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

60 Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
