Which is why we foster a culture of inclusion and belonging where all perspectives, abilities and experiences are valued and our people can reach their potential.At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.Responsibilities:• Individual with strong business analysis skills and experiences with a broader set of business domains/processes and SAP S4/HANA in Finance, Controlling, Fixed Assets, (FI) and integration experience with other modules.• Perform the gap analysis based on current configuration/functionality, design, configuration, enhancement, testing and implementation of E2E solutions.• Apply conceptual knowledge and technology to tackle complex business processes and procedural problems, and demonstrate a go-getter / can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor in training the desired skills & experience in supporting day to day production support.• Actively involved in day-to-day production support, test cycles, change management process and awareness to SOX compliance,• Lead resolution of customer issues in collaboration with support team and technical team and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team and communicate vision to developers with functional details.• Develop and lead business / user requirements/user by applying business process improvement methods, best Industry standards to optimize business processes.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree required with specialization in Finance highly preferred• A minimum of 6 years of SAP experience in a full cycle implementation with experience in support projects in SAP FICO and MM Module required.• A minimum of 5 years demonstrated ability supporting General Ledger plus experience in one or more of the following functions: Accounts Payable (FIAP), Accounts Receivable (FIAR), Financial Accounting and Fixed Asset Accounting functionalities.• Ability to facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials, focus on month end process with good understanding of P&L statements, Trail balance is required.• Experience in SAP S4 HANA Special GL account, LTMC Data load with Fiori Application CFIN, will be an added advantage.• Experience in FIAA – Fixed asset accounting with solid understanding of depreciation cycle and ability to re-define asset capitalization process under a budget plan is preferred.• Familiar Legal Entity, COA, controlling area, Intercompany transactions and FICO organization structure with cost center and profit center hierarchies is preferred.• Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO & MM modules and identify gaps, issues and work around solutions required.• Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like SD, MM, PP and PM is preferred.• Experience in CO module with Cost Center, Cost Element, Internal Orders and Product costing experience and familiar with month end processes such as WIP, Variance and Settlement of cost objects.• Good understanding of GAAP, CASH and COGS accounting principles as part of P&L and balance sheet statements is required.• Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC, CSV), SOX compliance and experience with GxP / Manufacturing Environments• Strong customer centric, service orientation, analytical skills, and with good planning and project execution skills• SAP Certification on FI & CO and S4 HANA or related certifications is preferred.• This position is in Redwood City / SC, CA and may require up to 10% travel.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $105,000 to $166,635.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
