Description: The Product Analyst Lead for our Enterprise Ledger, Data & Analytics project at SigniFi will assist the End-to-End Governance team in reviewing the technical transformation of the SigniFi project, which is focused on the Financial Digital Core (SAP Central Finance, S/4 HANA, BW4HANA, Business Objects, Enterprise Performance Management - Anaplan). The End-to-End Governance process is the central demand intake process for SigniFi, which is fed by business demand from run-state and transformational projects. Your role will be to assist in assessing, solutioning, and aligning the changes with the various TPOs and build teams. In this role you will work and coordinate with various key stakeholders within JNJ from business: Business Process Owners, Squad Leads, Squad Members, Technical Product Owners, and Development Teams. Key Responsibilities: • IT lead Product Analyst will work closely to review, assess and the central demand intake process. • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with SigniFI business product owners, Technical Product Owners, Solution Architects and platform technology leads to review and assess requirements with the goal of best in class solutioning. • Establish, lead, and evolve demand governance in close partnership with Business and IT partners. • Actively seek and implement operational process improvements to increase team effectiveness, efficiency, and value
