Which is why we foster a culture of inclusion and belonging where all perspectives, abilities and experiences are valued and our people can reach their potential.At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:• Assist Receiving Team Lead to ensure smooth and efficient Receiving operations.• Follows all material management and distribution policies, standards.• Monitors the delivery scheme for raw materials.• Keeps track of inventories (raw materials), and ensures the material is available when needed.• Stock inventory by location and maintain the integrity of the stockroom/warehouse inventory.• Assist with inventory movement between West Palm Beach Warehouse and Palm Beach Gardens Manufacturing site.• Follows up the process of warehousing of raw materials from factory, fill orders, ships and delivers merchandise to sales warehouse.• Cooperates with relevant department to arrange the raw material inventory, inventory levels and delivery times, and establishes alignment with the other supply chain partners.• Prepares periodical reports on material status and statistics.• Analyzes changes in the inventory of material and makes recommendations as appropriate.• Facilitates logistics.• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.• Responsible for ensuring that all members of the Receiving team follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.• Performs other duties assigned as needed.
