The incumbent will partner with Business, Technology Services team and other Product teams to design and implement new capabilities that accelerate business outcomes. Individual in this role is expected to continuously refresh knowledge in revenue management best practices applicable to MedTech sector to implement innovative contact management solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Work with business and/or technology partners to understand business needs, facilitate or (co-facilitate) requirements gathering sessions, investigate solutions, and help with cost benefit analysis, to ensure the best option is selected by the business.• Identify the current-state and future-state business processes.• Help the business partners envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.• Understands and maps out complex business processes to serve as reference for development of future solutions process simplification where appropriate to deliver robust and efficient solutions.• Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed requirements specifications.• Understand and create Business Context Diagrams, Process Flows, Baseline Frameworks, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and relevant BA deliverables.• Develop a keen understanding of sell side contracting needs.• Partner closely with business technology leaders and internal and external technology partners to build and support product solutions that manage over $50B in revenue. You will apply this knowledge to improve key business outcomes.• Ensures information security, compliance requirements (such as SOx) are met, coordinates corresponding SDLC and agile documentation activities., and participates in compliance review activities as required.• Identify process and/or technology opportunities to drive continuous improvement.• Ensures successful business product owner engagement and completion of user acceptance testing.• Partners with Technology Services & Model N team to lead solution development per project plans and service level targets by operations are met.• Work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others and must be results oriented, and demonstrate a go-getter / can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulnessEducation:We seek co-workers with a B.S. or equivalent minimum of 8 years of related technology experience in a technical field or related subject area.Experience and Skills:Required:• Strong IT background with a consistent record of delivering results. Proven leadership, influencing skills, interdependent partnering skills, as well as critical thinking skills required.• Agile development experience, SDLC methodology, Risk management including Security is requiredThe ability to synthesize leadership and partner inputs into decisions, to drive projects of medium to high level of complexity, and to be comfortable operating among senior partners are required.• Ability to estimate required effort for project objectives and prioritize work items appropriately.• Experience in creating Business Context Diagrams, Process Flows, Baseline Frameworks, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and relevant BA deliverables• Knowledge of revenue management, pricing, or contract management concepts and best practices.• Knowledge of Model N Powered by N platform.• Proficiency in Tableau & Power BI.Preferred:• Experience working in an end-to-end team solution with complex integrations.• MBA or advance degree• Experience in working with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle etc.Other:ITIL certification and Scrum Product Owner Certification and/or PMP is preferred.Travel:Up to 20% domestic and international travelAdditional Information:• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 - $106,000.• Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company-sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.• Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).• This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.• Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:• Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year• Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year• The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
