Billing Operations Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day operations TS - Technology Services supplier's contract creation, purchase order requests and supplier invoices processing. The incumbent also supports the J&J TS intercompany billing to J&J global affiliates and serves as an escalation point for all invoicing and billing issues for 150
suppliers and 300
service owners. Focused on the application development and maintenance services the Billing Operations Lead will collaborate with external suppliers, J&J TS Finance, J&J TS Service Owners, IT Procurement, Accounts Payable and Corporate systems owners. Experience in back-office operations, finance, accounts payable processes, supplier's interactions are key requirements for this position. Key
Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure the completion of the required transactions for (1) supplier contracts, (2) purchase orders and (3) supplier invoices, while also supporting the (4) operating companies charge back intercompany transactions and (5) the J&J TS Financial required controls Ensure supplier POs and Invoices matches the original financial plans while resolving all possible issues in terms of invoices mismatches and payment issues. It includes navigating between TS financial processes and the J&J enterprise Global Services departments involved in supplier's payment transactions Onboard and guide external suppliers to properly engage and work in accordance with the J&J TS operating model and tools Support the J&J TS order owners and service owners when engaging with external suppliers for all the contracting and invoicing related tasks Look for opportunities to improve processes, controls and tools with ultimate goal of automate our interactions and transactions within the billing operations domain aiming to speed up our engagements cycle time, while ensuring the compliance to the required controls Foster the collaboration and continuous improvements with the related departments including J&J TS Internal teams, J&J TS Finance, IT Procurement, Accounts Payable, Corporate Finance system owners
Qualifications Education:
Minimum Education:
Master's degree in a relevant field, computer science preferred. Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience is required with proven experience in IT service management and the related financial processes and controls. Hands-on experience and focus to deal with repetitive scenarios and relentless to ensure the continued flow of the billing operations resolving day to day issues is required. Must be able to act in a global scale connecting and supporting suppliers and services owners across all the regions. Must be able to translate business requirements into process and tools requirements, assessing their impacts to the existing operating model and support the deployment of required changes/improvements. Must have good planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills to ensure Billing Operations metrics are controlled and improved. Strong leadership attitude supported by solid communication and presentation skills is required.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
