The Porter is responsible for maintaining the grounds, curb appeal, clubhouse, amenities, and other common areas at one or more properties in order to assist preserving the asset and to provide a quality living environment for the residents. This position reports to the General Community Manager.
Key responsibilities of the Porter include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assists with administration of maintenance functions, e.g., tracking of inventory, maintaining updated records in relation to Pool Log, etc.- Maintains the highest level of customer service for prospects, residents, vendors, and corporate departments

The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $24.48 per hour. New hires generally start between $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience; internal equity; and other business and organizational needs.
