This Senior Associate will be responsible for developing, implementing, analyzing and reporting on marketing strategies to acquire new customers for J.P. Morgan Self-Directed Investing. This includes offer development, thorough customer analysis, and working cross functionally to develop growth initiatives through digital channels.As a Client Acquisition Strategy- Online Investing, Senior Associate, in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will be responsible for effectively investing marketing dollars, by developing and handing off campaign requirements to the execution team as well as creating testing plans to establish learnings that inform offer construct, audience targeting, creative and conversion funnel improvements. You will have demonstrated innovation in creating marketing strategies and tactics, and have strong end-to-end planning, execution and analytical skills.Job Responsibilities• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Wealth Management business, customer behaviors and competitive product landscape, to inform best practices in the offer, online acquisition and direct response marketing discipline• Partner with segment marketing leaders and product partners on the product value proposition and the customer funnel to influence the messaging strategy while utilizing best practices and aligning with broader brand guidelines• Formulate hypotheses and develop, prioritize, and oversee a rigorous test and learn roadmap• Build the business case and secure funding as part of the budgeting process• Work with marketing execution partners on the development of creative assets and a robust creative testing roadmap• Partner with Analytics and Digital teams to understand learnings and end-to-end program performance –across traffic, engagement, conversion and account/customer quality metrics• Drive a rigorous, data-driven testing workstream, focused on improving the customer experience and the in-branch and digital conversion funnel• Identify and prioritize opportunities across channels, and share key updates with senior management• Be a customer advocate – champion consistent and seamless user experiencesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills• 4 year bachelor degree• 4+ years of strategy or marketing experience• Strong analytical, problem solving, and planning skills with the ability to identify and recommend new opportunities• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point• Working knowledge of analytics tools• Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines• Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization• Comfortable with continuously changing priorities• Excellent written and verbal presentation skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills• MBA preferred• Wealth Management industry experience preferred
