Jr. Talent Sourcing and HR Associate

Help build a team for an NYC-based custom-apparel start-up (WFH)

Fresh Prints is one of the fastest-growing custom apparel brands in the US. We have grown at an incredible pace of 60%+ every year over the last decade. Our people are a critical factor in helping us achieve this growth.

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Associate to join our HR team who will continue to help us find the best people to further fuel our growth by using various channels to look for potential candidates and help build our talent pipeline for future hiring needs in India and the Philippines. Aside from sourcing candidates, we are also looking for someone who can handle onboarding, offboarding and future engagement projects for the Philippine Team.

Essential Requirements

• A total of 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or similar role
• Experience in Talent Acquisition through recruitment agencies
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail and relentless follow-up
• Ability to prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Previous experience in working for a hyper-growth startup is a huge plus!
• Experience in hiring for both operational roles and technical roles
• Experience with HRMS (Bamboo-HR) and Applicant Tracking Systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the recruitment team and hiring managers for open roles.
• Utilizing various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify qualified candidates
• Keeping track of recruitment metrics and providing regular updates to the management
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing
• Research on sourcing to identify most effective places to get the best candidates
• Develop & Drive comprehensive search strategies to recruit the best talent
• Network and maintain relationships with key candidates and talent communities
• Develop the ability to enable quick as well as long term opportunistic hiring
• Collaborate with the Talent team and directors to come up with a long term hiring plan
• Conducting reference checks to successful candidates
• Play an important role in planning and executing projects as and when needed
• Any other responsibilities delegated; be a back-up for generalist responsibilities
