Join Juicebox as the first Growth hire. You will accelerate our inbound pipeline, increase conversions, and help define our brand. You will work closely with David (CEO).
We’ve raised >$5M from leading investors (unannounced round, we will share more on call).
The Role
The role is defined by three goals: increasing pipeline growth, improving conversions, and developing a brand for Juicebox.
Accelerate Pipeline Growth: drive measurable growth in pipeline, driven by programmatic SEO, content, advertising, landing pages, and referral campaigns.
Improving Conversions: increase free to paid conversions across all plans.
Develop our Brand: find unique ways to showcase Juicebox’s brand by sponsoring events, partnerships, and collaborating with leading voices in the recruiting industry.
Requirements
Growth Hacker: you have a track record of identifying unique and untapped growth opportunities. Former colleagues would describe you as a growth hacker.
Conversion Optimization: optimized funnels including landing pages, sign-ups, subscriptions, and upsells.
Referral & Affiliate Programs: create and grow all programs with partners and resellers.
Product-Led-Growth: experience at a top product led growth company with thousands of weekly sign-ups.
Nice to have
SEO: experience with SEO optimization, including developing and A/B testing landing pages. Implemented an SEO content strategy.
Recruiting or HR Tech Experience: either by working in the field, or having worked at a company that sells into HR.
Early Stage Startup: you’ve worked at an early stage startup, Seed through Series B.
