Nekter is an all-natural, 100% plant based juice bar located in Lake Oswego which offers hand-crafted, customizable juices and smoothies as well as acai bowls, cold-pressed bottled juice cleanses and to-go juices, and healthy snacks.

Talents that our Juicers and Shift Leads will have:

- Previous barista/bartending/restaurant experience is preferred

- Must be a self-motivated fast learner, punctual, organized, focused and have a positive attitude

- Must have a reliable form of transportation

- Must have or be willing to obtain food handlers certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour PLUS WEEKLY CASH TIPS AVERAGING AN ADDITIONAL $4-6 PER HOUR

Shift:

• Morning (opening) shift (the store opens by 7am)
• Day shift
• Night (closing) shift (we close at 6pm in the fall/winter, 7pm in the spring/summer)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean equipment and work areas to Nekter Juice Bar Standards. Stock supplies on an ongoing basis. Clean and maintain customer access areas to include front area, restrooms, etc. Consistently serve all Nekter Juice Bar products to specifications. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products. Ensure juice cleanses and information pertaining to Nekter products are handed out in a timely manner. Work register, prep, clean, and juice. Execute proper portion control with all ingredients. Must be able to operate the cash register. Handle cash transactions while adhering to Nekter cash handling policies. Knows and effectively executes Nekter Juice Bar promotions. Handles Nekter Juice Bar coupons and gift cards according to standards.
