About Our Client

Our client is a fast growing global pharmaceutical European company with an established market presence across the global markets. With a well performed revenue in the past 2 years, the business is looking to expand finance team in Singapore supporting the APAC markets.

Job Description

• Processing of invoices and assisting Accountants in Accounts Payable
• Preparation of payments for invoices accordance to group policies
• Record of customer receipts and preparation of AR Ageing reports
• Assist in the preparation of periodic accounting entries, payments and bank reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly GL closings
• Assist in the preparation of financial information for external audits and correspond directly with external auditors to provide requested schedules and support
• Support and ensure compliance with all statutory finance and tax filing requirements
• Carry out and assume any other duties or responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting or relevant
• Individuals with 0-1 years of experience, posses good understand to accounting/financial reporting principles are welcome to apply
• Good organising abilities and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office, adaptable to ERP systems (eg. SAP, SAGE etc)
• Knowledge in basic Spanish, French, others are not required but beneficial
