Contract to Hire

Our client is seeking a Junior Engineer to work on a team that owns all of Asset Managment at a Fortune 15 company. As the Junior Engineer, you will be doing some developing that helps manage the SDLC for the internal network. You will be using Python and SQL in order to help automate the management of the network.

Responsibilities

• Perform discovery on different components of the network devices.
• Build out automation into tools.
• Support various discoveries for key devices
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and weekly team meeting.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in Python
• Experience working with SQL, Java, and Unix
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and take appropriate initiative.
• Someone who is a self-starter, values continuous improvement and motivated to seek and see through tasks.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
