Junior Systems Administrator

IDR is seeking an Onsite Junior System Administrator to join one of our top technology clients in Wilmington, Delaware. Position Overview for the Junior System Administrator:

  • Provide Installation and Day-to-Day support for Personal computers and Desktop for hardware, software, and network components.
  • Support Printer configurations and settings and troubleshooting access issues.
  • Provide Executive support for PCs for VIP Users and their Executive Assistances.
  • Track and support On-Boarding and Off-Boarding Users
  • Collaborate with other IT groups
  • Provide technical support to a local network or system users, troubleshoots complex user software or hardware problems, and repairs equipment.
  • Administration of end-user computing solutions, including SCCM / MEM, Intune, and various technologies.

Required Skills for the Junior System Administrator:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an End User Computing role
  • 3+ years’ experience with Windows (required)
  • 3+ years’ experience with MAC OS (required)
  • 3+ years’ experience Administering SCCM or MIM, Intune, MDM (required)
  • Experience with MS Server, Virtualization, and Network support
  • System Administrator with a background in Installation of RHEL, Upgrading, Remote Troubleshooting, Performance Analysis, and Monitoring of Windows systems and MAC OS.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems.
  • Administration of end-user computing solutions, including SCCM / MIM, Intune, MDM, etc.
  • Mid- level knowledge on conferencing solutions likes MS Teams, Polycoms and Cisco.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
